Returns and Exchanges.
For 30 days from the date your order was placed, we guarantee any unused or defective merchandise.
You may return your items free of charge, and we will provide you with a prompt refund for your purchase.

Returns.
- For 30 days from the date your order was shipped, we guarantee any defective merchandise. You may return defective items free of charge within the 30 days allowed and we will provide you with a refund for your purchase.
- Simplecase will cover return shipping costs only for items returned due to the item being defective or the incorrect item being shipped. Returns for any other reason will be at the cost of the purchaser. Please email Simplecase at info@simplecase.net. A return authorization # will be provided to purchaser for any and all returns.
- Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Simplecase has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Returns will be accepted for items that are in an unused condition with all hang tags attached and in the original box. All items sold by Simplecase will be available for refund 30 days from the date of shipment.
- You will receive your original purchase price for your item plus any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. This credit will not include any original shipping charges.
Your credit will appear after simplecase has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Note: simplecase has the right to refuse products that are returned in used condition. Returns on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico subject to 10% restocking fee.
